Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.95.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our Provo, Utah store. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Free in-store pickup is available at our Provo location at The Riverwoods (4801 N University Ave #470, Provo, UT 84604). Select "In-store pickup" at checkout and we'll have your order ready within a few hours.

Are you an authorized Jellycat retailer?

Yes! Blickenstaffs is a fully authorized Jellycat retailer. Every Jellycat product we sell is 100% authentic and comes with full manufacturer quality guarantee.

A product I want is out of stock — will it come back?

We restock frequently! If something is out of stock, check back soon or contact us at info@blickenstaffs.com and we'll let you know when it's available.

Do you price match?

We don't offer formal price matching, but we always strive to offer fair, competitive pricing. Many of our products are exclusive to specialty toy stores like us.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Items must be in sellable condition. To initiate a return, contact us at info@blickenstaffs.com with your order number.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry! Please contact us at info@blickenstaffs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll make it right immediately.
