Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. No code needed — discount applies automatically at checkout.

Standard Shipping

Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.95. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days after processing.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days Monday through Saturday from our Provo, Utah store. Orders placed after 2pm MT may ship the following business day.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at our Provo location. Select "In-store pickup" at checkout. Your order will be ready within a few hours and we'll send you an email when it's ready.

Expedited Shipping

2-day and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee based on your location and order weight.

Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Items must be in sellable condition.

How to Return

To initiate a return:
1. Email us at info@blickenstaffs.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
3. Drop your package at any UPS location
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blickenstaffs.com with photos. We'll replace or refund immediately, no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened candy or food items, opened puzzles or games with cards/small pieces, personalized or custom items.
